The Spiral-Helix Roval-Roller produces round and flat-oval segments and reducers as well as many other forms common to the sheet-metal industry. The Roval-Roller is a precision built machine which is easy to operate. With its programmable controller, it is designed to duplicate shapes at a level of accuracy critical for mating parts.

The Roval-Roller saves labor costs by eliminating valuable production time hand-rolling and remeasuring. The PLC controls allow for repeatability once the job has been entered.

The Roval-Roller produces any shape at a fast pace of up to 30 feet per minute.

It features a fast moving back roller with position indicator to ensure accurate radius settings. Rollers are heat-treated and assembled with needle bearings. Counters indicate travel length in inches or millimeters.

Mounted on wheels, the Roval-Roller is simple to maneuver around the work site. Only a minimal amount of floor space is required for usage. And when it comes to keeping your Roval-Roller on line 100 percent of the time, you can look forward to minimal annual maintenance.

Superior Safety – The emphasis on worker safety starts with a convenient feed table that provides a safety guard for finger, hand, and arm protection. Foot pedal controls allow the operator to move forms forward and backward keeping hands and arms free to work. A brake motor gives the ability to stop any job instantly.
