Spiral-Helix Ovalizer 36/10

The Ovalizer 36/10 will transform smooth and Triple-Rib round spiral ducts of sizes 13” to 80” in diameter into flat-oval ducts of sizes 6” x 17.1” to 36” x 106”. The 10 foot boom will stretch round ducts up to 20 feet in length with a maximum sheet thickness of 18 gauge.

The Ovalizer 36/10 features a simple and efficient system with two large 10 inch hydraulic cylinders operating at a relatively low-pressure setting, which ensures years and years of trouble free operation. Machine control is by PLC, and the LCD unit on the operator’s panel stores all set parameters for easy recall. Stretching of round ducts is accomplished by the superior and proven technology of wedges used on SPRIAL-HELIX Ovalizers for the past 30 years. Accurate stroke control ensures reliable repeatability and makes the 36/10 very user friendly.
