Fast and Simple Fastening System
Wilson Tools has developed a fast and simple fastening system that makes changing the radius tip faster and easier than ever. To remove the tip from the holder, simply loosen the hardware one turn. Insert the new tip and retighten. The hardware will automatically seat the tips into the holder when tightened.
Radius Punch Holders
These are laser hardened at the V-contact points to 52-60 HRC, and given a black oxide finish to provide rust protection. All holders are 500mm/19.68” in length and the American and WT holders have solid safety tangs.
Replaceable Radius Tips
The radius tips are interchangeable with Wilson’s American, European, and WT style holders, and all of our tips are Nitrex® surface hardened to 70 HRC for maximum durability.
