The 760E with Rapid-Stop Braking™ will activate the brake and stop the machine in just seconds when either the red mushroom stop is activated or the door is opened.

With the addition of the switch, wired directly to the controller, it prevents operators from leaving the door in an open position while running. The door must be closed to activate the belt grinder.

We understand with a machine that runs as quiet and smooth as a Burr King grinder, sometimes in a shop environment it is nearly impossible to tell if the machine is running or not. The visual run indicator light, located on top of the controller, reduces the chance of an operator leaving the machine running when finished with the operation, or when they leave the working area. The run indicator light can be seen while the whisper of the machine can not be heard.

The 960-250 and the 960-400 can also be outfitted with these enhanced features.
