SSQ3 MultiPro
The SSQ3 MultiPro is a portable rollforming machine that takes flat metal coil stock and forms it into finished roof and wall panels on-site or in-shop. It’s built for contractors who make standing seam roofing, wall panels, soffit/underdeck, board & batten siding, and other architectural metal panels right where the work is happening — no need to order panels from a factory.

How It Works
Rollforming: The machine pulls flat metal coil (steel, aluminum, copper) through a series of rolls that shape it into a specific panel profile.
Shearing: After forming, a hydraulic shear cuts the panel to the desired length automatically as it exits the machine.
Profiles: Supported profiles include a wide range of standing seam, snap-lock, flush wall/soffit, and board & batten styles — up to 16 different configurations with quick-change tooling.
What It’s Used For
✔ Producing custom roof panels for residential or commercial metal roofing jobs
✔ Fabricating metal wall panels and cladding
✔ Providing on-site panel production, reducing delivery cost and wait times
✔ Allowing precise lengths, widths, and profiles customized to each job’s needs
Key Features
Portable — can be mounted on a trailer or used in a shop.
Hydraulic drive & shear — for fast, consistent forming and cutting.
Quick-change tooling — swap between different panel profiles in ~45 minutes.
Safety & diagnostics — includes RFID cover sensors, LED lighting, and shear warning indicators.
Optional automation — can be equipped with the UNIQ® Automatic Control System for job tracking and automation.
Materials & Specs
Handles painted steel, aluminum, copper, and similar metals within specific gauges.
Finished panel widths generally range from about 12″ to 24″ depending on profile.
Multiple power options (gas or electric) let you run it in varied environments.
In short: the SSQ3 is a versatile, advanced portable panel rollformer that lets you make high-quality metal roofing and wall panels on-site or in your shop, tailored to the exact specifications of your project — saving time, transport costs, and giving you more control over production.
