This machine features inboard female button lock and outboard male button lock rolls. The female rolls feature a calibrated dial at the last forming station for gauge adjustment. The male button lock rolls feature replaceable tool bits. Female lock uses approx. 1-3/8″ material.
Offset Male Button Lock rolls are also available to produce a flat panel seam. male rolls can be removed and replaced with any set of Flagler 10 Station tooiling.
