Alpha Lazer Prime Series 3015, 4020 & 6025

Prime Series 3015, 4020 & 6025 systems are designed for high-speed 2D laser sheet cutting for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. We are proud to offer solutions for all budgets and expectations, covering a wide range of different sheet sizes.

The Prime Series can load and cut sheets with standard sizes of 1500mm x 3000mm (5’ x 10’), 2000mm x 4000mm (6’ x 12’) and 2500mm x 6000mm (8’ x 20’) in length and support tube diameters from 19mm to 200mm (3/4" to 7 7/8"). Options for load/unload and linear drive for tables or 3 or 4 chucks on larger tube and pipe cutters (up to 500mm), depending on the diameter of the tube/pipe, as well as bevel and seam detection.
